Although the Ascent is the largest vehicle in Subaru's lineup, it has no issues getting up to speed. A 2.4-liter turbocharged BOXER engine sits under the hood, sending 260 horsepower and 277 pound-feet of torque to the wheels via a Lineartronic® continuously variable transmission.
